In 2011 and 2012, Triple Dry teamed up with Helen Jenkins, the 2011 International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Champion to develop two triathlon training guides. Along with her coach – 2008 Olympian, Marc Jenkins, Helen shows you how prepare for the competitive season giving exclusive insights into the life of a world champion triathlete.

The Winter Training guide will help you achieve the basics in building core strength, developing stamina and mastering the different techniques needed across the three disciplines.  In addition, essential training aids like your diet, what you should wear (your kit) and keeping safe, along with Helen’s top tips and secrets should help to keep you on the straight and narrow.

The Summer Race guide acts as a training partner in the countdown to the event – right up to the last few days before the race and even on race day itself.  In addition, you get essential insights from the ITU Triathlon World Champion herself, from outdoor training to perfecting transitions as well as some top tips, including techniques on getting in and out of a wetsuit.
